We are currently looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving showroom sales within the furniture and home furnishing industry while delivering a premium shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable furniture and home furnishing products
• Provide product information, quotations, and sales support to customers
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Ensure showroom displays are well-organised and presentable
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and delivery arrangements
• Handle customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily showroom operations
