We are partnering with an established leader within the global FMCG and food manufacturing sector. Known for maintaining a state-of-the-art production facility and an extensive international export network, our client takes pride in delivering high-quality, certified consumer products to millions of households worldwide.

We are seeking Process Engineers to join their dynamic production and engineering team. In this role, you will be the technical anchor optimizing production yields, ensuring strict food safety compliance, and maintaining seamless floor operations on advanced, automated manufacturing lines.

• Monitor daily manufacturing processes to track raw material utilization, minimize ingredient wastage, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with technicians and production teams to perform root-cause analysis on equipment downtime, adjusting fluid dynamics, thermal loops, or packaging line speed parameters as necessary.
• Maintain the strict integrity of the factory floor by adhering closely to standard operating frameworks, participating heavily in external audits, and safeguarding product consistency.
• Collaborate with the R&D and QA teams to scale up small-batch trial recipes into stable, large-scale automated commercial production runs without compromising product quality.
• Develop, update, and manage comprehensive technical documents, including Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring all compliance protocols are followed by operators.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering/Technology, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on process engineering experience within an FMCG, food manufacturing, dairy, or liquid processing plant.
• Deep operational familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and local JAKIM Halal manufacturing compliance and audit standards is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, results-oriented, and comfortable working dynamically on an active production floor.
• Resourceful with a high degree of independence.
