Business Analyst – Insurance Domain | UAT | Mandarin Preferred | Singapore

We're Hiring: Business Analyst (Insurance Domain) – Singapore

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Insurance domain, UAT, and stakeholder management to support product launches and operational initiatives.

Additional Info:

• Location: Singapore
• Salary: Up to SGD 6200/month
• Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze & document business requirements (BRD / FRD)
• Conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Liaise between Business & IT teams
• Perform gap analysis & process improvements
• Support insurance operations & product launches
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Insurance domain experience (Mandatory)
• Strong experience in UAT & requirement gathering
• Excellent communication & stakeholder handling skills
• Mandarin speaking ability (Preferred)
