系統開發與項目管理 :協助推動及管理公司內部系統的開發流程。
跨團隊溝通協調 :與工程及平台開發團隊緊密合作,有效溝通並落實基礎設施的開發與部署。
系統安全與維運管理 :負責系統管理、漏洞檢測、配置強化及運行時保護
職位要求
保險業務知識 :熟悉保險產品、理賠流程及相關監管要求,具備將業務規則轉化為系統設計的能力。
程式開發能力 :精通主流程式語言(以 .NET 為主),能與業務邏輯開發團隊協作開發;具備良好的學習意願,願意接觸與學習 AI 大模型(LLMs)相關技術。
系統整合能力 :具備將系統與保險核心系統(Core Systems)及第三方 API 進行對接與整合的實務經驗。
Responsibilities
Project Management & System Development : Assist in driving and managing the development lifecycle of the company’s internal systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with engineering and platform development teams to effectively communicate and implement infrastructure development.
System Security & Maintenance : Oversee system management, vulnerability detection, configuration hardening, and runtime protection.
Requirements
Insurance Domain Knowledge : Familiar with insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory requirements; ability to translate business rules into system architecture and functional designs.
Software Development Skills : Proficient in mainstream programming languages, with a strong focus on .NET; able to collaborate with the business logic development team. A strong willingness to learn and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) / AI technologies is highly preferred.
System Integration Capabilities : Experienced in integrating platforms with core insurance systems and third-party APIs.
