Job Description

  1. Translate the overall strategy for cross-border personal remittance into clear partnership expansion plans, and drive execution to deliver agreed business targets and outcomes.
  2. Build a deep understanding of the cross-border remittance industry, including key partner institutions, their positioning, strengths and competitive context, as well as how they align with our own business priorities, to inform partnership strategy.
  3. Identify, analyze and understand the needs of potential partners and institutional clients, and design tailored partnership proposals and solutions to grow and deepen cross-border financial partnerships.
  4. Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Product, Tech, Operations, Legal, Risk, etc.) to ensure business and product initiatives are delivered on time, implemented with high quality, and generate tangible business results.
  5. Develop strong knowledge of relevant industry products and solutions, continuously identify new business opportunities, and propose new remittance business models and product enhancements; drive projects end to end from idea and scoping through to launch.


Job Requirements

  1. At least 5 years’ experience in business development, partner management or B2B sales within financial institutions, remittance companies or related sectors.
  2. Solid understanding of the cross-border remittance / payments industry, including key business processes, product types and commercial models.
  3. Good awareness of domestic and international industry trends, with foundational knowledge of risk management and compliance in financial services.
  4. Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills; proven ability to work across functions and drive complex initiatives to completion.
  5. Demonstrated ability in client acquisition and relationship management; experience crafting and delivering client solution proposals is a strong plus.
  6. Good command of written and spoken English; experience working across regions and cultures is highly preferred.
