We are seeking a passionate and analytical Junior AI Engineer / AI Analyst to support the development of AI-driven solutions, machine learning models, and data analysis initiatives. Role Overview

You will work alongside AI engineers, data scientists, and technical teams to build, test, and improve machine learning models and intelligent systems that support business and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities AI & Machine Learning Development

• Assist in developing and training machine learning models
• Support AI experimentation, model evaluation, and optimization
• Help build predictive and analytical solutions
• Participate in AI research and proof-of-concept projects
• Document AI methodologies and technical findings

Data Analysis & Processing

• Collect, clean, and preprocess datasets
• Analyze structured and unstructured data for insights
• Prepare datasets for machine learning workflows
• Support feature engineering and data transformation tasks
• Ensure data quality and consistency

Programming & Technical Support

• Use Python and AI/ML libraries for development tasks
• Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Assist in integrating AI models into applications or APIs
• Support automation and AI pipeline improvements
• Contribute to technical testing and debugging activities

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with engineers, analysts, and product teams
• Participate in brainstorming and technical discussions
• Stay updated with AI and machine learning trends
• Support continuous improvement of AI systems
• Contribute ideas for innovative AI applications

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field

• Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn is a plus
• Exposure to deep learning frameworks is an advantage
• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis
