Cezars Kitchen is seeking qualified Chef De Partie to join our kitchen in Central Region, Singapore 308724.
Candidate who meets the requirements below will be called for interview:
- Ability to cook a wide range of foods in large batch quantities: International menus
- Be a qualified cook: ( Certificated available upon request)
- Passionate about food!
- Positive and inviting attitude - you will need to engage and have conversations with customers.
- Self-motivated and can work with the team
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in either school kitchens, hotels or restaurants
- Passionate about food.
Responsibilities :
- Work with the head chef to prepare daily meals
- Plan menus by consulting with head chef, estimate food costs and profits, inventory control system and waste management
- Kitchen operations management when Head Chef not present
- General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning)
- Ability to stand for several hours at a time in a fast pace kitchen
- Ability and willingness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques
- Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
- Work quickly and under time constraints Will be advised during the interview.
