Our Beautiful collective A raft of Otters is looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional, and attentive manner
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and stock organization
• Handle cashiering duties and POS transactions accurately
• Manage sock take

Support inquiries and customer follow-ups when required Assist during store events, promotions, and festive sales period

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or luxury/home décor retail preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

• Working hours
• 25 hours a week
• Retail shift schedule including weekends and public holidays
• Experience: two years prefered

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
