Working closely with the Client Services teams in order to provide guidance on complex trust structures, portfolio restructures and the preparation of technical correspondence.
Managing internal client and assets acceptance procedures, preparation of necessary documents for the clients and structures on-boarding, interaction with compliance, legal and wealth planning colleagues with respect thereto
Participation in wealth planning reviews of the existing fiduciary structures
Preparation of trust-related documents for setting-up new fiduciary structures and
implementing changes in the existing fiduciary structures in close collaboration with relevant Wealth Planning team members group-wide
Liaising with client advisors (including lawyers, accountants and other advisors) in relation to client matters / structures, and reviewing / implementing written advice provided
Monitoring developments in regulatory, legal and tax areas in assigned regions and
supervising the implementation of necessary changes in order to achieve clients’ long-term goals
Participation in advisory projects such as strategic succession and contingency planning,
stress-testing (health check) fiduciary structures and family governance projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience and relevant private client experience
Ideal candidate should have a good intermediary network in the fiduciary and financial services industry including law firms, accounting firms, multi / single family offices and private banks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent collaboration, project management and problem-solving skills
Strong advisory skills
Languages: Fluency in English, any other language a plus
