We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support business operations, analyze processes, and help deliver data-driven insights that improve decision-making and efficiency. Role Overview

You will work with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, analyze data, and support the development of improved processes and solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Requirements & Documentation

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze workflows, systems, and operational processes
• Create process maps, SOPs, and functional documentation
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Support solution design discussions

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business data to identify trends and insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Track KPIs and operational metrics
• Support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting

️ Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows
• Support automation and optimization initiatives
• Assist in testing and validating business solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Recommend process enhancements

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business, IT, and operations teams
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
• Support project tracking and delivery follow-ups
• Ensure alignment between requirements and implementation

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, Business Analytics, or related field
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile or project management tools is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
