What You Will Actually Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts
- Define and execute testing strategies in collaboration with engineering and product teams
- Perform advanced testing across performance, security, scalability, and usability dimensions
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve testing workflows
- Troubleshoot complex quality issues and continuously improve QA practices
- Mentor junior QA engineers and reinforce quality standards

What Will Help You Succeed
Required
- Hands‑on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or Postman/Newman
- Experience building automation frameworks using Python with JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber
- Strong backend testing capabilities including SQL and API testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Solid understanding of functional, performance, security, and usability testing
Helpful
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or K6
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments (Scrum or Kanban)
- Familiarity with accessibility testing standards
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior QA engineers
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
