We are a dynamic Web3 marketing agency that empowers projects to scale across global markets through creative storytelling, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. As a Growth Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client portfolio, driving regional growth, and representing the company at top Web3 events across SEA and APAC.
We are seeking a driven and client-oriented Growth Executive with strong Web3 industry experience to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This role focuses on converting warm leads into meaningful partnerships and generating new business opportunities through regional conferences and networking.

Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads provided by the team. Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and build long-term relationships.
- Identify, connect, and convert new business opportunities through networking at major Web3 and blockchain conferences.
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and client servicing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, and crypto market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support partnership negotiations, proposal development, and follow-up communications.
- Track and report BD performance, leads, and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record to conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and solution-based pitching. Business development experience with marketing background/knowledge is a must.
- Business development/ growth experience at a marketing agency is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and crypto ecosystems is an advantage.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on measurable business growth.
- Experience in business development, partnership management, or sales within Web3 or tech industries is an advantage.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and English is an advantage.
- Comfortable with regional travel to attend conferences, expos, and networking events. (Approx once a month or when needed.)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
