Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Priority will be given to candidates who can drive lorry, excavator, or backhoe
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards.
• Resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Maintain proper site documentation, including daily reports and attendance records.
• Enforce site safety rules and ensure all workers follow safety procedures.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
