About the role
We are seeking a full-time Account & Admin Assistant to provide essential support to the company. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support.
Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Handling correspondence and responding to enquiries
Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Assist with data entry, billing and invoice processing.
Prepare reports, correspondences and financial documents
What we're looking for
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
