岗位职责
Tasks:
Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA and Shipping departments regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Follow up on customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and maintain sales order, delivery schedules and related documents.
Maintain proper failing.
Monitor Inventory or shipment status when required.
Assist the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
Ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly (senior customer service/sales engineer) to internal departments.
Minimum Requirements:
Intern / Fresh graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers/suppliers.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
