Job Duties:

Handle the full scope of design- from concept development to construction stage- independently

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers through the project

Manage full sets of design presentations and material boards

On-Site Inspection & Measurement

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for precise technical drawings and 3D modeling.

Ability to produce detailed Construction Drawings and Joinery Details for site implementation.

Key Qualifications:

Material Knowledge: Solid understanding of finishes, hardware, and construction materials.

Site Coordination: Capability to conduct site measurements and resolve technical issues during construction.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between clients, contractors, and the design team.

Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in dimensions and a proactive attitude in problem-solving.
