Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Product Development Engineer to join a growing semiconductor technology company specializing in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions.

In this role, you will be involved in designing, developing, debugging, and integrating next-generation semiconductor test systems used in real production environments. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working on advanced technologies, and contributing directly to product innovation from concept to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and customers to develop scalable, high-performance testing solutions for semiconductor applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop semiconductor ATE systems and testing solutions
• Translate customer and market requirements into technical solutions
• Support system architecture, feature definition, and technology exploration
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for complex system-level issues
• Develop scalable solutions for high-speed and high-throughput testing environments
• Drive system integration, validation, and performance benchmarking activities
• Collaborate with Application, NPI, and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and production readiness activities
• Participate in customer discussions and occasional project-related travel when required

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor, ATE, or related high-tech industries
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, C#, MATLAB, or similar languages
• Solid experience in system integration, debugging, and technical problem-solving
• Hands-on engineering mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience with semiconductor ATE systems and architecture
• Familiarity with high-speed interfaces such as SerDes, MIPI, or scan-based testing
• Exposure to multi-site or high-throughput test systems
• Knowledge of mixed-signal measurement concepts such as ADC/DAC characterization
• Experience in system-level testing environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
