Job Description

Responsibilities

Founded in 2010, we are a pet food and pet supplement distribution and marketing company dedicated to providing high-quality natural pet food and healthcare products. Guided by our core value — “Pet-based” — we are committed to enhancing pets’ health and quality of life.

We are a close-knit team of around 20 staff, conveniently located in Kwai Fong (near MTR station), offering a friendly and collaborative working environment.

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales team, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain daily and monthly inventory and sales reports accurately.

  • Prepare and manage price lists, quotations, and sales orders.

  • Communicate with the sales team regarding stock availability, order status, and related inquiries.

  • Follow up on sales orders with customers and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Arrange and coordinate logistics with internal teams and external service providers.

  • Handle general administrative duties such as documentation, filing, and data entry.

  • Monitor order processing and ensure proper documentation is completed.

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or delivery issues in a timely manner.

  • Support the sales team with reports and operational tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or related role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in reporting and documentation.
