We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive (Retailer) FMCG to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily retail operations.

Responsibilities:

a) Attend to customers and provide professional product consultation together with Sales Representative.

b) Recommend and promote products based on customer needs.

c) Achieve individual and store/outlet sales targets.

d) Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness / coordinating with merchandiser.

e) Handle sales transactions accurately.

f) Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.

g) Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

h) Prepare daily sales updates and reports.

Job Requirements:

i) Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.

ii) Prior experience in FMCG sales retailer.

iii) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

iv) Customer-focused with a positive working attitude.
