Fresh Graduate Program:

Fresh Graduate Program of Huawei Malaysia is ongoing. This program offers outstanding local talents fixed-term contracts for an accelerated career, to boost their career while participating in multiple countries' ICT development.

Job Descriptions

1. Working closely in sales team to understand customer’s requirement, business environment and formulate project win strategies and value proposition for proposals.

2. Engage internal stakeholders such as product, engineering service deliver, assurance when and where required to ensure the proposed solution is supported through from order to delivery.

3. Supporting presales including solution design, request for quotation, BOQ, pre-sale testing and extensive customer centric communication to ensure business success.

4. Produce and deliver formal technical proposals and solution presentations to key customers.

5. Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Solution Teams to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products roadmap.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Network, or its equivalent.

2. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

3. Strong business acumen, quick to capture business & technical requirements.

4. Stay persistent and resilient throughout project/sales cycle.

5. Possess telecommunication and IT knowledge.

6. Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills.

7. HCIE/HCIP/HCIA certificate holder are preferable.
