About the role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Medical Device Sales Representative to join our growing team at Berry Medical Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales of our innovative medical devices across the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identifying and engaging with new sales prospects in the healthcare industry

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

3. Presenting our products and solutions with professionalism and in-depth product knowledge

4. Negotiating and closing sales contracts, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

5. Providing excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage consignment inventory counts and handle customer inquiries promptly

6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies

7. Provide monthly forecasts, and oversee territory action plans.

8. Gathering market intelligence and competitor insights to inform product development and strategy

9. Territory Management: Identify business opportunities and execute account strategies across the Klang Valley region.

What we're looking for

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Science, or Business.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven medical device sales experience in Malaysia.

3. Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel across central regions.

4. Skills: Strong clinical aptitude, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
