Data Center Operator (Airport)

• Monitor and manage daily data center operations to ensure optimal performance and high availability.

• Perform 24/7 shift duties to provide continuous system monitoring and technical support.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams promptly.

• Oversee roster arrangements, handle scheduling for the technical support team, and maintain accurate operation logs/reports.

• Mentor and guide junior engineering staff to foster professional growth and team efficiency.

• Possess a Higher Diploma or Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations.

• Demonstrate proven experience in managing small teams and supervising junior staff.

• Prove willingness to work in the airport area and handle the initial 24/7 shift rotations under pressure.

Junior System Engineer (Infrastructure & VMware)

• Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions with a primary focus on VMware technologies.

• Manage and configure Microsoft Endpoint Manager and optimize Microsoft 365 services for seamless integration.

• Deploy and manage virtual desktop environments and assist in cloud and system migration projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements, troubleshoot system environments, and ensure high availability.

• Utilize scripting and automation tools, including PowerShell or similar command-line interfaces.

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Hold a minimum of 1 year of experience in system engineering and infrastructure support.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of system setup, VMware, Microsoft 365 services, and general cloud migration processes.

• Professional certifications like Microsoft Certified: Administrator Associate are highly desirable.

• Provide comprehensive end-to-end procurement and purchasing support for IT and AV-related equipment.

• Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.

• Prepare and process essential delivery documents, handle quotation requests, perform basic price comparisons, and coordinate internal approvals.

• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders to clarify technical specifications, project timelines, and procurement priorities.

• Offer general administrative support to the team, including meeting scheduling and cross-departmental coordination.

• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or operations support (IT/AV industry experience highly preferred).

• Hands-on proficiency in preparing procurement documents like purchase orders and delivery notes.

• Possess basic technical knowledge of IT and AV products and their related specifications.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a stable professional background.
