Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to play a key role in the design and delivery of our next-generation web application platform. The ideal candidate will combine strong system analysis and design expertise with hands-on development experience in both frontend and backend technologies. This position requires not only technical proficiency in Java, ReactJS, RESTful APIs, and WebSocket implementation, but also strong leadership and communication skills to manage offshore development teams and effectively collaborate with stakeholders and developers, particularly in China. Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.

• Design system architecture, data flow, and application logic for scalable web applications.

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure solution alignment.

• Review and validate technical deliverables to ensure quality, performance, and security.

• Coordinate and manage offshore development teams, ensuring project milestones are met.

• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, providing clear communication and guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis and design for enterprise web applications.

• Hands-on development experience in Java (backend) and ReactJS (frontend).

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs design and implementation.

• Experience with WebSocket implementation for real-time communication.

• Knowledge of database design and performance tuning.

• Proven track record of managing or working closely with offshore development teams.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers in China (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus).

• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and technical writing skills.
