Responsibilities

• Perform quality control reviews of audit engagements to ensure alignment with internal policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements

• Assist in implementing corrective actions arising from internal or external regulatory reviews

• Identify areas for improvement in audit methodology and contribute to the development of practical tools, templates, and guidance materials

• Support the design and enhancement of firmwide audit quality initiatives

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance audit efficiency and quality

• Contribute to quality control reporting and internal management insights

• Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations

Requirements

• Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent overseas professional accountants institutes

• Proficient in assurance standards including ISQM1 and financial reporting regulatory environment in Hong Kong

• Solid experience in audit methodology and/or quality assurance review is a definite advantage

• Analytical minded, able to work independently with high efficiency

• Held position in sizable professional accounting firm or accounting regulatory organization

• Passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in external audit, quality control, or audit methodology
