About the role

We are seeking a talented Aesthetic Consultant cum Therapist to join our dynamic team at M•TOUCH CLINIC. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full-time position will play a crucial role in providing exceptional beauty and aesthetic services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Provide expert consultations to clients, assessing their aesthetic needs and recommending tailored treatment plans

• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatment progress, and post-treatment care.

• Perform facial and aesthetic-related treatments according to clinic protocols.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty and aesthetics industry

• Maintain detailed client records and ensure a seamless customer experience

• Assist in the development and implementation of new service offerings

• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

• Preferably 1 years of experience as an Aesthetic Therapist or in a similar role

• Formal training and certification in aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field

• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the aesthetic, beauty, skincare, or wellness industry are preferred.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals

• Strong technical skills in performing a variety of aesthetic treatments

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
