Job Summary
Provide comprehensive personal, administrative, and basic accounting support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective management of business and executive matters.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties
Manage executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Administrative Duties
Manage office documentation, filing systems, and records
Coordinate internal and external communications
Assist in procurement and office supply management
Support HR and operational administrative tasks when required
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Accounts Duties
Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliation
Liaise with external parties such as auditors and tax agents
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
Strong communication skills; ability to read and speak Mandarin is an advantage
