The role

Vision Engineering Limited in Central and Western District is looking for an experienced Audio & Visual Technical Support to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our audio and visual equipment across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with audiovisual equipment such as projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.

2. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to coordinate support and installations

What we're looking for

1. 1 + years of experience in a technical support or AV or IT technician role

2. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Flexible and adaptable to changing technology and user needs
