About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist Admin to join our team at Cheng Hoon Air Cond Engineering Sdn Bhd, based in Butterworth, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

3. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

4. Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry check daily tools stock and coordinating meeting schedules

5. Assisting with other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service/administrative role

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of people

3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

4. Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office

5. A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
