  • Conduct room viewings and provide detailed information on room types, pricing, and availability.

  • Follow up with leads proactively to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

  • Prepare and process tenancy agreements, offer letters, and related lease documentation.

  • Maintain up-to-date room availability tracker and occupancy records.

  • Liaise with university partners, corporate clients, and leasing agents for referrals and pipeline management.

  • Support the Leasing Director with KPI tracking, conversion funnel reporting, and occupancy analysis

Operations & Front Desk

  • Manage front desk operations including resident check-ins, check-outs, key handovers, and access card management.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all resident enquiries and service requests.

  • Log, track, and follow up on maintenance and repair requests with vendors, contractors, and housekeeping teams.

  • Handle ad-hoc payments, assist with payment plan setup, and follow up on outstanding rent.

  • Coordinate move-in/move-out logistics, including room readiness inspections and condition reports.

  • Refer residents with personal or welfare concerns to appropriate support channels.

  • Prepare regular operational reports on occupancy, resident feedback, and facilities status.

Requirements, Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration, Estate Management, or Hospitality

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in property leasing, student accommodation, serviced apartments, or hospitality

  • Prior front desk or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and property management systems

  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage

  • Warm, professional, and solution-oriented approach to resident interactions

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail

  • Able to handle resident complaints and operational issues calmly and efficiently

  • Able to well collaborative with internal operations, leasing, and management teams

Working Conditions
