Job description:
1. Provide administrative and clerical support ie. accommodation and flight bookings, procurement of stationery and pantry items, provide company information for tender purpose and etc.
2. Schedule for documents delivery and directors’ signing.
3. Handle filing of finance documents.
4. Review and reconcile credit card transactions.
5. Assist in account payables.
6. Ad-hoc assignment as and when requested by the Management.
Requirements:
Academic Qualification :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
Experiences:
1. At least 1 year of related working experience.
2. Proactive, meticulous, analytical and possess communication skills.
