The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating hotel revenue through sales activities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and developing new business opportunities. The role focuses on room sales, banquet/events, corporate accounts, travel agents, and other hotel services to achieve the hotel’s sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and government sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively source potential clients.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, meeting packages, events, and other hotel services.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings regularly.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth event and guest arrangements.
- Follow up on inquiries, confirmations, payments, and client feedback.
- Attend networking events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Maintain proper records of clients and sales activities in the system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
