Responsibilities:

• Provide administration support in hotel sales dept.
• Support the sales team by coordinating appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and manage sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
• Handle inquiries, assist with reservations, and provide guest service support.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
