Full Time Shipping and Planner Clerk Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,300 in N.K Rubber (M) Sdn. Bhd. Skudai - Ricebowl

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Prepare and arrange daily shipment schedules (local and export).
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and courier services.
• Prepare shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and customs documentation.
• Monitor and update shipment tracking records.
• Ensure all shipments comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries related to shipping and delivery.
• Perform data entry, filing, and documentation control related to shipping activities.
• Assist in inventory checks when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in shipping or logistics is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
