Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pyrolysis plant
• Monitor and analyze process parameters to optimize performance
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
• Conduct process optimization and improvement initiatives
• Support commissioning, scale-up, and technology upgrades
• Collaborate with maintenance teams on reliability and availability
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
• Prepare technical reports on plant performance and product quality
• Provide technical training and guidance to technicians and operators

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in process plant operations (pyrolysis, thermal conversion, waste-to-energy, oil & gas, or chemical industry preferred)
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat/mass transfer, and reactor design
• CePSO competent person.
• Familiarity with SCADA/DCS systems for process monitoring and control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail
• Willing to work in shift and/or weekends

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
