Job Descriptions:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Performance Management:
- Implement and maintain performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers and employees on goal setting and feedback.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
HR Policy & Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Conduct compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
HR Strategy & Reporting:
- Support the development and execution of HR strategy.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum [5+] years of HR experience, with at least [2+] years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Proficiency in HR software such as Infotech, SQL and HR2000.
- Change management and organizational development expertise.
