Objective
To coordinate restaurant maintenance, manage warehouse inventory, and oversee vehicle compliance to support seamless daily store operations.
Job Description
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule routine servicing and prioritize emergency breakdown repairs for all restaurant outlets.
- Procurement Admin: Raise Purchase Requests (PR), track Purchase Orders (PO), and process vendor invoices.
- Operations Support: Assist Area Coaches and Restaurant General Managers in resolving technical issues promptly.
- Asset Management: Track, store, and document the movement of commercial kitchen equipment within the warehouse.
- Fleet Compliance: Coordinate regular servicing and scheduled Puspakom inspections for company logistics vans.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels for maintenance tools, spare parts, and operational supplies.
Requirement
- The successful candidate will be based at Demak Laut.
- Education: SPM, STPM, Diploma, or a relevant technical certificate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in administrative support, maintenance coordination, logistics, or warehouse management. Experience in F&B or retail is preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, basic procurement knowledge, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit to assist with heavy equipment movement and loading tasks.
- Mobility: Valid driving license and willingness to travel to different restaurant outlets as required.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
