Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily document filing and data entry tasks
• Update customer information, order records, and basic inventory records
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms
• Manage customer orders, reservations, takeaway, and delivery arrangements
• Follow up on customer complaints and feedback professionally
• Introduce products, menus, and ongoing promotions to customers
• Ensure excellent customer experience for both online and walk-in customers
• Assist with general administrative and operational support when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or above
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel / Word)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Experience in customer service or admin field will be an added advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
