Role Overview
We are seeking a design-driven Web & Digital Experience Developer to lead the development and continuous enhancement of digital platforms across Beauty and Eyewear.

This role combines front-end development, UX/UI sensibility, and digital strategy thinking to create cohesive, high-performing brand websites.

You will work closely with our brand and creative teams to translate brand identity into engaging, user-centric online experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop two distinct brand websites (Beauty and Eyewear), ensuring consistency with overall brand direction while maintaining unique positioning for each category

• Translate brand storytelling into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences with strong UX/UI principles

• Collaborate with internal teams to define website structure, user journeys, and content hierarchy

• Leverage existing databases to build scalable and efficient website architecture

• Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility

• Implement and maintain SEO best practices (on-page SEO, site structure, loading speed, metadata)

• Support digital marketing initiatives by ensuring websites are SEM-ready (landing page optimization, tracking integration, etc.)

• Manage website updates, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Working knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or Python (experience with Apache is a plus)

• Understanding of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles with a good visual and design sensibility

• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization

• Ability to think strategically about digital platforms, not just execute development tasks

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time or project-based setup

• Portfolio of previous web projects required
