HR Executive (Generalist)

• Maluri, Kuala Lumpur
• 5 minutes walking distance to MRT
• RM3,000 – RM5,000
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• On-Site
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and interview coordination
• Support onboarding & employee documentation
• Manage attendance, leave, and daily HR operations
• Assist in payroll and statutory matters (EPF / SOCSO / EIS)
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and employee records
• Support company policies and internal coordination

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in HR or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge required
• Good communication and learning attitude
• Responsible, organized, and willing to grow
