岗位职责

Job Purpose

Responsible for designing and overseeing the end-to-end architecture of complex technology solutions, supporting GDTT’s transformation initiatives. The role involves assessing the current application landscape, developing transformation strategies, and providing hands-on architecture guidance and technical advisory throughout project execution.


Key Responsibilities

1.IT Architecture Plan and Design

  • Provide subject matter expertise in information technology and architecture
  • Define and review current state of architecture and develop a plan for the future state architecture design. Restructure and continually refine organizational goals and direction.
  • Develop a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio from current state to future, aligned with business and IT.
  • Illustrate a deep understanding of how both current and future technology can be used to drive business transformation.
  • Drives application development, security and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Understand Azure cloud in application and infrastructure to drive application transformation.
  • Fully understand on DevOpsSec and expected to demonstrate and apply related skills.


2.Collaboration with Stakeholders and Innovation

  • Mush has the ability to develop strategic relationships with Business groups, Group IT and vendor partners
  • Able to develop relevant architecture documents and introduce new architecture processes


3.Policy and Standards Development and Compliance

  • Solution Architecture Artifacts per project parameters and compliance with Group IT requirement
  • Drive the development and maintenance of relevant application related design patterns, standards and policies for enterprise adoption


4.Staff Development and Engagement

  • Monitor staff performance, development plan, discipline and performance matters/issues.  Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports


5.Self- Development

  • Attend internal or external training


Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science
  • 10 Years 's of experience in IT particularly with FI
