Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent Sales Engineer to support business growth in the aviation, defense, engineering, and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing technical-commercial proposals, and coordinating project requirements with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, business development capability, and strong client engagement skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within aviation, defense, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, OEMs, and strategic partners.
  • Understand customer operational and technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and engineering teams on product specifications and project requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical briefings, and client presentations.
  • Support tender documentation, compliance requirements, and contract follow-up activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business KPIs.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and management reports.
  • Support after-sales coordination and customer service activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, defense events, and industry networking activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Business, or any related field.
  • 1 year+ of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or business development.
  • Experience in aviation, defense, industrial engineering, MRO, or government-related projects is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare technical and commercial documentation professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally when required.
