 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office

Good to Have:

  • Experience in fast-growing or multi-outlet environments
  • Background in [relevant industry – e.g. retail, F&B, beauty, services]
  • Mandarin proficiency (for Mandarin-speaking workforce)
  • Experience in employer branding and talent retention strategies

Role Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. This role plays a key part in shaping company culture and ensuring effective people management.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and KPI tracking
  • Handle compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and company culture development
  • Support training and development programmes for staff growth
  • Manage HR administrative functions and maintain accurate employee records
