Join NexPCB Group : Bring the Next Generation Tech Products to Life

At NexPCB, you won't just be 'selling manufacturing services'.

You will work closely with some of the world's most promising tech hardware startups, helping Founders to turn their ideas into real products, and products into scalable manufacturing for sales to market.

From prototype to mass production, you will beocme a trusted partner in their journey.

Job Summary

You will build and nurture relationships with tech hardware startups, guiding them from initial contact through product innovation to scalable manufacturing. This role involves active engagement in the startup ecosystem to create lasting partnerships and expand NexPCB’s influence.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with high-potential tech hardware startups: Identify and connect with emerging startups in IoT, wearables, consumer electronics, and smart devices to create long-term business opportunities
  • Be deeply involved in the startup ecosystem: Participate actively in industry events, demo days, conferences, founder meetups, and accelerator communities to build authentic relationships with founders, engineers, and product teams
  • Turn 1st conversations into real partnerships: Manage the relationship journey from initial interaction through ongoing follow-up to support startups moving toward new product introduction (NPI) and mass production collaboration
  • Expand NexPCB's presence in the tech hardware community and strengthening NexPCB's market thrust: Collaborate with marketing teams, accelerators, venture capitalists, and ecosystem partners to enhance NexPCB’s presence and visibility within global hardware startup ecosystems

Required competencies

  • 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  1. SDR, business development, partnership development
  2. Startup ecosystem engagement, accelerators, venture capital, community operations
  3. Hardware startup support, or technology commercialization
  • Have a strong interest in tech hardware innovation (IoT, wearable, smart devices, embedded products)
  • Enjoy meeting people 'offline' and building long term relationships
  • Be comfortable with frequent travel, events and face-to-face networking to strengthen partnerships
  • Communicate effectively with founders, engineers, and product leaders to understand their needs and align NexPCB’s services accordingly
  • Be self-driven and capable of moving things forward in ambiguous environments and long sales cycle.

Bonus Points if you have

  • Experience in hardware, electronics, manufacturing, or supply chain industries
  • Understanding of the hardware development lifecycle from prototype through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production
  • Direct experience working with hardware startups
  • Established relationships with venture capitalists, accelerators, incubators, or startup communities
  • Basic technical knowledge of product development, BOMs, sourcing, or manufacturing processes
  • Existing startup ecosystem network in the US or Europe
