Oversee the full spectrum of project and site-related activities, including material procurement, project scheduling, drawings management, manpower allocation, task assignments, product delivery, and quality and productivity control.
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and local authorities on all company projects.
Prepare material procurement lists, nesting plans, and resource schedules; ensure efficient allocation of manpower based on background, workload, experience, and project requirements.
Implement and monitor fabrication activities from material procurement through to project completion and product delivery, ensuring costs remain within budget.
Supervise and evaluate subcontractors’ performance and progress.
Attend meetings with consultants and clients; organize internal meetings with supervisors and subcontractors to resolve technical and logistical issues.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and instructions in alignment with the QSH (Quality, Safety & Health) management system to strengthen organizational standards.
Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
