The Senior Solution Designer (OSS/BSS) is responsible to o wn and lead the end-to-end platform solution design and delivery for Core Systems within Singtel Group IT, ensuring alignment with architecture roadmaps, security standards, and business needs across the full platform lifecycle.

Make An Impact By

• End-to-end ownership of platform solution design, delivery, quality, and lifecycle management
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and information security policies
• Gather requirements, perform impact assessments, and translate business needs into scalable, robust solutions
• Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Support platforms across all phases including design, delivery, operations, and enhancements
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to proactively identify and remove delivery blockers
  
  

Skills For Success

• 7+ years of experience in system development and solution design
• Strong OSS (PCRF, OCS) and BSS domain expertise
• Telecom experience across Mobile, Roaming, and Wholesale Billing
• MVNE / 6D product experience (required / highly valued)
• Proven track record in solution design and platform ownership
• Hands-on Java development on Linux, cloud, and container-based platforms
• Strong SQL skills (MySQL; Oracle/PostgreSQL exposure is a plus)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and code quality tools
• Solid understanding of system integration and API design (TMF APIs preferred)
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and information security (application, OS, network)
• Strong troubleshooting skills including network tracing (Wireshark) and automation/CI tools (e.g. Jenkins)
