Technical Support Engineer
Job Description:
1.Support the sales strategies and customer interaction of the outside sales team.
2.Develop and implement processes between sales and solutions engineering.
3.Coordinate and participate in technical demonstrations, presentations and proposals for customers and prospects .
4.Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle .
5.Identify customer requirements and pain points, and propose solutions that address them .
6.Responsible for the conceptual sales technology specification of proposals and support sales in contract negotiations.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field ,3+ years of experience as a solutionsengineer or similar role in a technical sales environment.
2.Understanding of types of automation solutions such as conveying, ASRS, goods-to-person, sortation, palletizing, depalletizing, piece picking, automated vehicles, and industrial/collaborative robots.
3.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4.Willingness to travel up to 50% in SEA.
