Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate and manage expectations of stakeholders.
Prepare end user documentation (training manual, user manual, business process flows) on the operation or maintenance of technical systems.
Assists with the documentation of technical design, specification, and technical solution.
Maintains document repositories used by project teams and assists with project documentation as needed.
Ability to facilitate discussions/workshops to elicit, manage and priorities key business needs.
Investigates problem areas.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Qualifications
Ability to perform qualitative, quantitative and root-cause analysis.
Have a thorough understanding of computer systems, in order to recognize any hardware limitations that could impact software design.
Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Knowledge in one of the following areas will be added advantage, Agile Methodology, Business Process Reengineering, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics, ERP, Digital and Mobile Technologies, Knowledge Management.
Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.
