Job Summary/Purposes :

The incumbent is responsible to support the merchandising team in day-to-day operations, including the following responsibilities.

• Assist with weekly and monthly report preparations.

• Liaise with headquarters, merchandising teams and retail teams on customer request and stock transfers.

• Stock allocation and rebalancing.

• Provide support on any adhoc tasks as needed by merchandising team.

Skills required:

• Excel and Powerpoint proficiency – Pivot table, vlookup, and other excel functions

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Passion for fashion, retail, and customer-centric merchandising.

Preferred attributes:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
