Receptionist 接待員
Responsibilities / 職責
Deliver professional front-desk reception services and warmly welcome visitors
Professionally handle all incoming telephone calls and respond to client inquiries
Manage the receipt, distribution, and dispatch of mail, parcels, and courier items
Provide general administrative support including document processing and filing
Assist with daily office operations and carry out other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
職責

專業處理所有來電並回應客戶查詢
負責信件、包裹及速遞物品的收發與分派工作
提供一般行政支援,包括文件處理及檔案管理工作
協助日常辦公室運作及執行其他臨時行政任務
Requirements / 入職要求
Secondary 5 education or above
Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Self-motivated, pleasant, adaptable and hardworking personality
入職要求
中五或以上程度
具備良好溝通技巧及優秀電話禮儀
能流利運用廣東話、英語及普通話(聽說讀寫)
性格主動積極、親切有禮、適應力強且勤奮可靠
