Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative web application systems that meet organizational needs.
- Build and integrate system interfaces to ensure seamless communication between departmental platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and system manuals.
- Conduct thorough testing including unit tests, system tests, and load/performance tests to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and provide technical expertise.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web-based application development and support.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming, with solid knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
